How do I place an order for your Name Badges?

Place your order for name badges by:

1.  Email your order (typed straight into an email, you don’t need to use the order form)
2.  Order online
3.  Post your order (please include your email address so we can acknowledge receipt of your order)

Can I scan the order form and email it?

Yes you can scan your order.  Attach it to an email and send it to

When is payment due?

Payment is due at the time of ordering. Badges are handmade to order. Please request bank account details (NZ & Oz customers), or for other countries please request payment options

Karyn will not start work on unpaid orders

How often do you email order updates?

We email order updates approximately every 2 weeks

Can I add more badges to my order?

Yes that’s fine to add to your order.  Just email us.

Can I phone you to discuss my order?

Yes – I’m happy to discuss your order with you.  Please call Karyn weekdays during business hours.

How often do you dispatch orders?

We dispatch orders once a week, usually on Tuesdays.
